All United States orders are shipped USPS mail. We do not fill international orders at this time. Rates for shipping and handling

Shipping charges are 25% of price with a minimum charge of $7.95 per order and is shipped UPS Ground. For shipment by USPS, the shipping charge is 25% with a minimum charge of $10.00

Return Policy

Some of our products are custom made and cannot be sold to another customer. Also, some items are used for personal consumption and/or are consumable. Such items cannot be returned. These include all spell kits, blended oils, blended incense, bath salts, candles, herbs, and similar items. No refunds will be sent for unauthorized returns. Please make your selections carefully and contact us with any questions you may have. You must notify us of a problem within 14 days of receiving the order, and we will review return requests on a case by case basis. Returned items must be in saleable condition or no refund will be sent. To place a return, please e-mail tambalina@newagemagicksupplies.com and explain the reason for your return and what items are being returned to us. We will respond with an Return Approval ID. After receipt of the Return Approval ID, print that email response and enclose it in the package when returned. Items returned without this authorization will NOT be accepted. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item(s), you will be sent a refund check for the cost of the item minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Occasionally, a package is damaged in transit. We will replace items that arrive in a damaged condition. To receive credit for such a package, you must report it to the post office that delivered it so that they can inspect the damage and verify it in writing. You will need to send the package in its entirety (including all packing materials and box) to receive a replacement. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail

Attention parents: Since our sales are made online and credit card authorization is electronic, we have no way of knowing the age of the purchaser. We will not take back merchandise that has been purchased by a child without the approval of his parents.
